Two people cannot be in the chart at one time. As a result, while we strive to address as many ideas as possible it is usually not possible to address all suggestions. Email feature bare bones, needs to function more like a real email system. All chart entries are editable up until the provider signs the note note that the audit trail automatically tracks all changes by user and date.
